Sugar Production Process

Organic sugar cane milling, not genetically modified (Non-GMO) for extraction of juice containing sucrose, followed by primary heating, alkalization and subsequent secondary heating to achieve the clarification of organic flocculant juices, concentration of juices under vacuum , crystallization of sucrose, centrifugation, drying and packaging of the product, finally storage and dispatch. Inputs used in its processing are organic; Milk of lime and organic flocculant.
